Can I extract scanned PDFs and receipt photos?

Upload them in Okou after sign-in. Readable scans and images can be used as sources; poor scans, handwriting or missing pages may require clearer files or manual review.

Does it export invoice line items?

The prepared request asks for separate summary, line-item and review sheets in an XLSX workbook, including source filenames and page numbers.

Will it remove duplicate invoices?

The request flags possible duplicates for review. A matching number or amount is not sufficient to delete a document automatically.

Is invoice extraction free?

Preparing the request and viewing the example are free. Extraction runs after sign-in to Okou and uses available account credits.

Does it mark invoices as paid or overdue?

Not from an invoice alone. Supply separate payment records and a reporting date if you want a reconciliation; missing payment evidence should remain unknown.
