Can Claude Duet do deep research?

Yes. Duet can produce research briefs and company briefs using connected apps and a cloud browser. Its guide says numbers and summaries identify their source email, file or spreadsheet. Evaluate the depth and source coverage on your task.

Is Duet available to my whole Claude team?

Not in the documented preview. Access is limited to US Pro, Max and Ultra subscribers with waitlist invitations. Team and Enterprise plans are not included yet.

Can I choose the model in Duet?

Not in the current preview: Anthropic says Duet runs on Claude Opus 5.5 and chooses effort automatically. Okou offers per-chat model selection within the current catalog and workspace policy.

Can I watch Duet’s browser work?

The current guide says you cannot watch or take over Duet’s browser. Okou documents a managed browser with a live view and takeover. Browser access and supported actions still require the appropriate authorization.
